What to wear for a casting

October 18, 2017

Having a Casting as a model is always an exciting thing. Some models cannot even sleep in the day before – I know this from my own experience.

You want to leave the best impression even possible. So you start thinking about what to wear even days before. For a model casting, you definitively have to have high heels with you! Being tall always leaves a good impression, as the average model is about 5,9 (or more than 1.74). If you are not, it will be more difficult for you. So better prepare with high heels. The next thing is tight clothes – the clients or model agency want to see your body. Not all will ask you to have a bikini with you, and if you don’t, the only way to show your body in the best way is to wear something tight. Don’t overdo it, of course. If you come in a super tiny, tight dress, impressions may change.

Try to be as much yourself as even possible. If you prefer leger clothes over body-hugging clothes, come in the outfit you feel most confident with – do not forget to pack a nice skinny-jeans and a tanktop, though.
